Therapeutic Bodywork Session

A therapeutic bodywork session includes one or any combination of the following techniques: Acupressure, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Neuro-Facial Therapy

What to expect during a session -

In a session, you lay fully clothed on a padded massage table while I use gentle to firm hands-on techniques to support your body’s ability to find stillness in order to help your nervous system reach a state of balance and calm. At this stage, the forces of any impact, stress and trauma meet with the abiding health within you where your body’s healing responses can begin to unfold. I continue to listen and follow your body’s lead that knows how to reorganize an issue. You are likely to feel a sense of calm and deep relaxation at the completion of a session.
